Recipe Box

I was given a few recipe books that contained recipes that were in my grandmother’s collection, my great grandmother’s collection as well as various other family members. Some are typed out, and some are in classic grandma cursive. The site contains the capability to upload the scanned (or camera shot) images to AI and they are converted to text and added to a MySQL database to display the recipes on the site, along with the image. Hopefully this will allow the recipes to be used by future generations. https://charliedelong.com/recipe

Media Collection

I have always been drawn to physical media and the unique qualities that come with each format. My collection includes everything from rare formats like the Capacitive Electronic Disc to modern Blu‑ray audio releases. CDs are the center of the collection because I enjoy the clarity, dynamic range, and consistency that a well‑produced disc offers. I am working toward a long‑term goal of building the library to one thousand albums, adding new titles as I find them. https://charliedelong.com/collection/
