Samsung Galaxy S6 Active gets its first update from AT&T

AT&T is pushing out its first update for the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. The update, which bumps the build number from OE9 to OF3, and keeps the device on Android 5.0.2. AT&T has not posted the changes included in this 146MB update.
